Remegio "Remy" S. Pamat's Obituary
Remegio “Remy” S. Pamat, 81, of Lahaina, Maui passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family and under the care of Hospice Maui on August 10, 2022 at his residence. He was born on October 1, 1940 in Lahaina to Gaudencio and Antonia Pamat.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 3, 2022 from 9:00am to 10:45am at Nakamura Mortuary in Wailuku; Prayer service to begin at 11:00am. Burial to follow at Maui Memorial Park Garden of Meditation at 12:30pm.
Hard-working man filled with compassion whom retired from numerous places such as Sheraton Maui Hotel, Sunseeker Golf School Kaanapali, Hawaiian Foilage, Safeway Lahaina, Ace Hardware Lahaina, Princess Nahienaena Elementary School.
Remegio is survived by his wife, Vivian Pamat; brother, Henry Pamat and sister Rita Moon. He is also survived by his son Eddie Pamat (Mayling) and daughter Lisa Treu (Shane). Grandchildren; Chelsie, Tiare, Brittany (Zeron), Kamaka, Armani, Crystin-Dior, Essence. Great grandchildren; Thaddeus, Paisley, Styles, Hailey, and Bronx. Numerous nieces and nephews.
He’s an avid gardener at his place of residence. Enjoyed spending his time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren watching them grow and play. Always sharing his kindness and aloha to anyone and everyone he crossed paths with.
