Robert C. Idini, 73, of Makawao, died on April 8, 2014 at home under care of Hospice Maui. Private services were held. Mr. Idini was born on November 4, 1940 in Marseille, France. He retired as a restaurateur, for 38 years, of Read Obituary
Bob was always funny, kind, adventurous ... he loved music and playing in the ocean waves. Some of my favorite memories are moments spent with Bob. He was also a great painter as well as chef. I am very saddened by his passing and will pray for him often. May God bless you in heaven, Bob, and bless your family on earth.

On April 8, 2014 heaven gained an angel. Robert was an amazing man who was full of love and life. His daughter, Jessica, is my best friend. I'll never forget so many things about "dad." He was the cool dad with the cool jobs. We would stop at his restaurants and eat like queens. When he owned Studio 505 he even opened up a teen night and let Jessica and I serve soda behind the bar. I am sure he is running a bar in heaven right now and showing everyone how to have a good time. I am so glad I knew him and will miss him dearly.
