Roger Valencia Sr, 77 of Kahului, Maui died April 19, 2026 at Maui Memorial Medical Center. Born in Ookala, Hawaii he was employed with the former Hamakua Sugar Company, former Pioneer Mill Company, and retired from Hawaiian Commercial & Sugar Plantation. Survived by companion Marie Achi; sons Roger (Tammy Awai) Valencia Jr of Hilo, Reginald Valencia of Henderson, NV; Reynold Valencia of Las Vegas, NV; daughter Rogelie (Earle) Dye of Henderson NV. Brothers Alexander Valencia of Kanoehe, Eugene (Barbara) Valencia of Laupahoehoe, sister Lorraine (Chris) Bailado of Hilo. 3 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren. Numerous nieces and nephews.
