Ronald Nakata's Obituary
Ronald Nakata, 98, of Kula Maui, passed away peacefully under the care of Islands Hospice on May 20, 2022.
He was born on May 13, 1924 in Honolulu, Oahu to Juichi Nakata and Maki (Kanehiro) Nakata.
Ronald was the proud owner of Acutron Company Inc. He ran the company for many years until his retirement on Maui.
During his retirement, Ronald enjoyed gardening, devoting time to church functions, and leisure time with his family which included watching his grandchildren.
Ronald is predeceased by his wife of 65 years Dorothy and son Myron. He is survived by daughter Suzanne, sons Alan (Marie) and Brian, and daughter-in-law Lahoma; grandchildren, Brenden (Claudia), Carlin, Tiffany (Sam), and Tiare, and 2 great grandchildren.
Services will be held at a later date. Nakamura Mortuary is assisting the family with all arrangements.
