Roxanna Haunani Kapalu's Obituary
In the early morning of Friday, June 1st, 2013, Mrs. Roxanna Haunani Kapalu, 62, passed away in her home in Waiehu, under wonderful Hospice care, and went to be with the Lord. The daughter of the late John Naki Kamaunu Jr. and the late Agnes Lorraine Morton Kamaunu, she is survived by her husband, Antone Kapalu Jr., her children, Antone Kapalu III, Antonette (Clifford) Kamaka, John Kapalu, Solomon Kapalu, Harvest (Josiah) Baisa, and her 7 grandchildren, She is also survived by 3 sisters and 5 brothers.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 15th, 2013, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Kahului. Viewing will start from 9:00am, with a service at 11:00am, followed immediately by lunch in the church hall. She will later be cremated by Nakamura Mortuary, and her ashes taken home by her family to be buried at a later time.
