Russell Jay Lewis, 59, of Lahaina, died on April 11, 2014 at Maui Memorial Medical Center.
A memorial service will be held on May 11, 2014 at 1:00pm at the Sly Mongoose in Lahaina.
Mr. Lewis was born on August 6, 1954 in Portland, Oregon.
He was a taxi cab driver.
He is survived by his daughter, Bree Ann Lewis; brother, Jeff Lewis; hanai mother, Darlene Ford; grandchildren, Sydnee and Bailey Lewis; loving extended family and friends.
