Seichi Higa's Obituary
Seichi Higa, 99, of Kahului passed away on October 30, 2013 at Hale Makua Kahului. He worked at Kahului Railroad Co. and Ige Construction Co. as a mechanic.
Visitation will begin at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 7 at Door of Faith Church, 432 Waiehu Beach Road, Wailuku; with a service at 10:30 a.m. Family requests no flowers and casual attire.
Mr. Higa is survived by his wife, Yoshiko, of 77 years; daughters, Leona (Harry) Yahata, Pearl (Donald) Shoho, Sandra (Ronald) Hirata, Jean (Dennis) Arakaki, Susan (Calvin) Tsubaki; son, Donald (Iris) Higa; sisters, Shizue Yonamine, Mitsuko Higa, Patsy Shimabukuro, Sadae Yamanuha, Alice Ohta; brother, Stanley Higa; 15 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
