Shizue Hiromoto, 80, of Haiku, passed away on September 11, 2012 at her home under the care of Hospice Maui.Private services were held.Shizue Hiromoto was born on December 19, 1931 in Spreckelsville, Maui. She was a clerk with Maui Land & Pineapple Co. for 34 years.She is survived by her husband of 55 years, James Hiromoto; children, Lance (Lynne) Hiromoto, Eric (Brenda) Hiromoto, Lyle Hiromoto, Vern (Lisa) Hiromoto; brothers, Stanley (Joan) Honda and Richard (Janet) Honda; sisters, Harriette Itano, Katherine Fujioka, Jean (Arthur) Takasawa, Carol (Ralph) Takase and Alice Oda; and six grandchildren.“Julia” loved shopping for clothes, and spending time with her family. She was a great mother and wife.
