Sueko Oshiro's Obituary
Sueko Yonamine Oshiro, 96, of Waikapu, Maui, passed away peacefully on April 2, 2018. She was born on August 15, 1921 in Lahaina, Maui.
Visitation will commence on Saturday, May 5, 2018 at Nakamura Mortuary from 9:00 am with service at 10:30 am. No flowers, please.
Sueko was pre-deceased by her husband, Seimo Oshiro, and parents, Seiko and Maka Yonamine. She is survived by her children: Linda (Richard) Yadao, Jane Tesoro, Alma (Joseph) O'Heron, and Janis (Mark) Oshiro-Hironaga; grandchildren: Wayne Riki (Cheryl) Yoshida, Tehani Lei Bishop, Jonathan (Traci Masaki) Tesoro, Kristopher Tesoro, Kim (Jenny Lee) Kasahara, Kathleen Mariko O'Heron and James Michael Oshiro O'Heron; great-grandchildren: Rowen, Raelynn, Robynn and Reel Yoshida; Treyden and Dempsey Tesoro; Jaime and Shelby Kasahara; sister: Jessie Christensen.
The family is especially grateful for the compassionate care provided by Tim and Paz Spellicy along with Islands Hospice nurse Zen Lazaro.
