Sylvia M. Pitts, 56, of Wailuku, passed away peacefully on December 5, 2016, with loving family by her side..
Services honoring Mrs. Pitts will be held on Monday, December 19, 2016, at Nakamura Mortuary, with visitation scheduled to begin at 10:00am, and service at 11:00am. Mrs. Pitts will be laid to eternal rest at Maui Memorial Park at 2:00pm.
Sylvia was born on January 24, 1948 to Masao & Betty Rokuta in Wailuku, HI. Sylvia was a teacher, who loved working with children, and spending time with family.
Sylvia leaves to cherish her memory, her loving husband, Mr. Ronald Pitts, daughter, Brooke (Ignacio) Reilly Galvez; granddaughters, Jean Romero, Dana Romero (father Renato Romero), and Daniella Galvez; nephew, Casey (Shelly) Sherman; niece, Terra (Jessie) Haake; and cousins, Henry, Wesley, Jeffrey, David, Glen, Dale, and Dana Sato.
