Tom was the ultimate professional, and I made use of his vast knowledge about home inspections on several occasions over the years. He was also a great teacher for many of us in the Realtor®️ community who attended his continuing education classes. So very sorry to hear of his passing. Peace and love
Dan and I are very saddened to learn of Tom's death. We will miss him very much. He was an astute and thoughtful man with a great laugh.
May his earthly body rest in peace while he has great fun surfing with the Angels.

I just learned that a good friend has passed away. Tom was the Owner of Hawaii Inspection Group on MAUI, he was also an instructor under my school teaching Home Inspection standards, a good friend and just a great soul. I had the honor of spending time with he and his wife Francesca at many events. Tom also prepared many Reserve Study's for condominium associations I was involved with, and I learned so much from him on those and on Photovoltaic systems. You will be greatly missed Tom😢
