Dear Nagata family and Bunch children,
For years we have visited Maui, and became friends with Tina from frequenting Nagata Market in Paia. That little market was like a meeting place for young and old alike. It was a daily ritual for the old timers to meet there in the morning, and the younger generation to find out what was happening later in the afternoon. Tina was one reason everyone stopped in to get a paper, fresh fish, sodas, and even pastry. Her smile and warm personality made that little market thrive for years. We were sorry when it closed, Nevertheless, we will never forget Tina.
