Toshio Shiroma's Obituary
Toshio was born in Paia on 11/03/1936.
He grew up in Haiku with his adopted parents Kame and Ushi Shiroma. He graduated from Maul High School in 1954. He joined the National Guard after high school. He then went on to study automotive repair at Maul Technical Institute earning a certificate in 1958. Toshio began as an apprentice machinist at Maui Land and Pineapple Company and earned his journeyman. He eventually became a machinist supervisor until he retired in 1998 after 40 years of service.
Toshio was a dedicated husband to Yukie Shiroma for 65 years. His life focused on his family. He loved to fish, take his family camping, and spend his time gathered around family and friends.
He was always there to help his family and friends with his knowledge and mechanical skills. He will be missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by his wife Yukie Shiroma,
We hat-sons Wesley Shiroma, Owen Shiroma, and Kevin Shirera, antiDara)Shiroma.
He leaves behind 3 grandchildren, Dana Hammar, Gabrielle and Ethan Shiroma Private services to be held at a later date.
