Waren Douglas Stone's Obituary
In loving memory, Waren Douglas Stone
After suffering for many years with COPD, Waren passed away peacefully in his bed On Thursday April 30th, with son Jesse and girlfriend Emma by his side. Waren was a talented brick layer, seafarer, pilot and swimming pool contractor. He came to Hawaii in 1991 from New Zealand, and over the last 24 years made many friends, rode many bikes and left a legacy on the islands with his natural waterfeatures, swimming pools and spas.
For those who want to pay their respects, a beach service will be held at Kam3 on Saturday May 9 at 6:15pm. In lieu of flowers, the family will be making donations to Hospice, whom have provided wonderful care for him over the last year, and to the SPCA, as Waren loved his animals.
Waren will be deeply missed.
