Yeikichi Goya's Obituary
Yeikichi “Blackie” Goya, 93, of Kihei, died April 1, 2014, at his home, under the care of hospice.
Visitation will be April 19, 9:00am, at Nakamura Mortuary, with services at 10am. Inurnment will follow, 12:30pm, at Maui Memorial Park.
Mr. Goya was born Oct. 18, 1920, in Makawao, HI.
He was a livestock farmer.
He is survived by his daughters, Valerie Wong, Jan (Geoffrey) Vestal, Regina (Grant) Yoshimori; brother, Hideo Goya; sisters, Ethel Kameko Shiroma, Mildred Mitsuno Nakasone, Myrtle Haruko Ishikawa, Janet Machan Nakamura; 8 grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild.
