Yoshio Ralph Yamanuha's Obituary
Yoshio Ralph Yamanuha, 85, of Kahului, passed away on September 7, 2013 at his home under Kaiser Home Health and Hospice Maui care. He was born on August 6, 1928 in Kailua, Maui.
Visitation will be held at Kahului Union Church on Saturday, September 21 at 9:00 a.m.; followed by memorial service at 10:00 a.m. Family requests no flowers.
Mr. Yamanuha worked at HC&S as a mechanic until his retirement. He devoted his remaining years to two great life-long passions – gardening and music.
He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Sadae; sons, Ronald (Adele) Yamanuha, Randy (Shawn Fukeda) Yamanuha; daughter, Linda (James) Cornwell; sister, Kikue Tamayose; grandsons, Matthew, Dean, Michael and Clay.
