Lonnie Steve Cole's Obituary
Lonnie Steve (Taylor) Cole passed away December 16, 2022, at his home in Kihei Maui. A 79-year-old faithful member of The Church of Jesus Chris of Latter-Day Saints.
Lonnie's family includes his wife, Kathleen (McCrudden) Cole. Children; Laura (Schwartz) Regnier, Gerry Schwartz (deceased), Jennifer (Cole) Bowers, Wendi Cole, Shelby (Cole) Marchetti, Eric Cole, 17 grandchildren, great-grand children and 10 siblings.
Lonnie's interests in Fort Wayne Indiana included, USAC Midget Driving, Airplane Pilot, Cole Family Duroc Hogs, and Willow Creek Morgan horses. Lonnie was a golf and Harley Davidson enthusiast. On Maui, Lonnie was passionate about sprint car #92 driven by Tim Nay.
Lonnie served in the US Navy as a Hospital Corpsman, 'Mook'. He was a Pattern Maker for Cole Pattern & Engineering Company and was a partner with Fort Wayne Foundry Corporation.
