"My good friend Pat" as my grandma Elaisa always referred to her, was such a kind, sweet and patient woman. We would visit her when we visited my grandma and she was always so quick to welcome us in and show Aloha. My grandma and her would call each other "Mutt and Jeff" and then just crack up. I didn't understand the reference so I had to look it up, it's an old comic about a mismatched pair of friends. It was so fitting to call themselves that, they sure had a lot of fun with each other. My grandma is so heart broken to loss her best friend as are we. My condolences to your ohana, she will truly be missed. Love, Kaawa ohana.
