I will always remember walking the Pacific Grove path along the ocean with Rene then celebrating our physical workout with a couple of glasses of wine. We spent happy hours at Yosemite and she was a Force at the Monterey Bay Aquarium. A good friend to all...I'm quite certain she's running a truly elegant gift shop in Heaven! Rene was a great friend and business associate. She had class and was very professional in any work environment. I had known Rene since I started at Maui Ocean Center in 1999 and had kept in touch with her even though I am no longer employed at MOC. I will miss her dearly and think of her often.
